I’m back in Thailand again enjoying a teamTBB training camp. I was a bit nervous about what the boss was going to say about my fitness after having some forced time off over the winter from whacking my knee jumping into a pool. This was my FANTASTIC support crew from Oz. I met them whilst training in one of the hotel pools during the build up to the race and they decided to wear “Team Emma Ruth Smith” T-Shirts. Brilliant! Thanks guys!!
